Why our Green Gram Laddoos?
These Green Gram Laddoos carry the calm energy of early mornings in village homes—when grains were soaked, roasted, and pounded with love, while the house stirred to the sound of birds and woodfire.
Made from whole green gram cultivated by local farmers using indigenous seeds, the grain is woodfire-roasted on iron pans and ground slowly in a traditional stone mill to keep its cooling properties and delicate sweetness intact. Blended with dark jaggery and native cow ghee, they are hand-rolled into soft laddoos that offer nourishment with every bite.
Flavoured subtly with turmeric, black pepper, nutmeg and cardamom, they are especially loved by everyone in the family —making them perfect for mid-mornings, post-meal comfort, or a light snack after play.
